Tires.Auto Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only tires that have not been mounted or driven on will be eligible for return. Once the tires have been returned to the warehouse, we will issue a full refund. There is a $10 per tire service fee for tires sent back. This will be deducted from the original form of payment. If the wrong size was ordered, we will not charge a handling fee if you reorder the correct size.
When sending tires back, please follow the support staff's instructions on where the labels need to be placed. If you are close to a FedEx facility, you can drop off the tires, or we can schedule a pickup.
If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact support@tires.auto as soon as possible to fix the issue promptly.
