Delivery

Tires.Auto ships all orders via FedEx. All orders placed by 2 PM Eastern time Monday-Friday will go out the same day. Any orders after 2 PM will ship the next day.

Due to orders being shipped the same day, we cannot promise any cancellations. Please contact our customer support team as quickly as possible at support@tires.auto.

If you receive a product that is damaged or has been shipped incorrectly by Tires.Auto, we will cover all costs to bring the products back. However, if the customer would like a replacement, we will be more than happy to accommodate. Please contact support@tires.auto with your name, order ID, and what happened. A team member will then process the return label and send a replacement if the customer wishes. If the customer does not want to have a replacement sent, we will then send a refund once the tires are returned.

If an item is showing as delivered, but you have not received the package, please contact us.
