Please fix above errors.

I ordered and paid for my tires that they told me were in stock. I received an email for my confirmation and then one the next day saying they were shipping. Then 2 days later they said they did not have the tires in stock and would refund my money which they did in a timely manner. They should not take payment if they do not have the product to ship.
